Toast & Table Event Rentals ("Toast & Table," "we," "us"), operated by Kindled Grace Company LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book a rental with us, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect
When you request a quote, book a rental, or contact us, we collect: Name, email address, and phone number; Event address and event date; Details about the items and quantities you're renting; Payment information, processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your full card number on our own systems. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our services are not directed at children.
2. How We Use Your Information
To prepare quotes, confirm bookings, and coordinate delivery/pickup or will-call; to send booking confirmations, invoices, deposit and balance payment requests, and event reminders; to process payments through Stripe; to respond to questions or requests you send us; to keep accurate business and inventory records.
3. Where Your Information Is Stored
Your booking information is stored in Airtable, our order and inventory database. Automated reminders and confirmations are triggered through Make.com. Email correspondence about your order is handled through Toast & Table Event Rentals' business email account. Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe directly — Toast & Table does not receive or store your full card number.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business: Stripe — to process your payment; Airtable and Make.com — to store your order and trigger automated communications. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety or rights of Toast & Table or others.
5. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our site does not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or similar ad-tracking tools, and does not set tracking cookies. It does use Vercel's built-in Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that collects anonymized page-view statistics to help us understand site usage. It does not identify you individually.
6. Data Retention
We keep booking records for as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting, and tax purposes, and to resolve any disputes about a past order.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable time, though we may need to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with its effective date.
